Code Ann. § 52-19-320","heading":"Written checklist for daily operating procedures; permanent log of daily activities.","body":"(A) The owner must provide and maintain a written checklist for the daily operating procedures which shall include at least the following:\n(1) setting up the site equipment and public amenities;\n(2) inspecting and testing of all equipment before beginning daily operations;\n(3) inspecting and testing the communication system for proper operation;\n(4) inspecting and testing of the jump equipment;\n(5) review of the jump procedures with all bungee staff;\n(6) review of all emergency procedures with all bungee staff;\n(7) conducting test jumps on all bungee cords to be used that day.\n(B) The owner must maintain a permanent log of the following daily activities for each bungee site:\n(1) confirmation that daily operating procedures were performed and compilation of the corresponding checklist;\n(2) compilation of the checklists on jump procedures;\n(3) the number of jumps made on each bungee cord which must be done by referencing the permanent identification number of each cord used.","path":["Title 52 - AMUSEMENTS AND ATHLETIC CONTESTS","CHAPTER 19 Bungee Jumping"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t52c019.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T07:50:04Z","sha256":"4e4857155683fb7f79ebe05995aac12a02c25d1cdcde74f56e5907ad9e02db8a","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-52-19-310","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-52-19-330"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
