Code Ann. § 52-3-130","heading":"Penalty.","body":"Any person who violates the provisions of this article after notice as prescribed in Section 52-3-120 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
