Code Ann. § 54-3-630","heading":"Penalty for building wharves or other obstructions beyond limits without authority.","body":"No person shall build any wharf or other obstruction beyond the lines so fixed by the Authority except when the lines of such wharf have heretofore been fixed by grant or by authority of State legislation.
