Code Ann. § 54-3-820","heading":"Deposit of excavated material.","body":"When any dredging or excavation shall be done in said bay and harbor or rivers and creeks or the docks thereon, the material excavated shall be deposited only at such place or places as may be designated by the Authority, under such penalty not exceeding the amount prescribed in Section 54-3-810, as the Authority shall prescribe.
