Code Ann. § 56-1-748","heading":"Persons issued restricted driver's license ineligible for issuance of special restricted driver's license; route restricted driver's license.","body":"(A) No person issued a restricted driver's license under the provisions of Section 56-1-170, 56-1-320, 56-1-740, 56-1-745, 56-1-746, 56-5-750, 56-9-430, 56-10-260, 56-10-270, or 56-5-2951 shall subsequently be eligible for issuance of a restricted driver's license under these provisions.\n(B) A person who obtains a route restricted driver's license and who is required to attend an Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program or a court-ordered drug program as a condition of reinstatement of the person's driving privileges may use the route restricted driver's license to attend the Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program classes or court-ordered drug program in addition to the other permitted uses of the route restricted driver's license.","path":["Title 56 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 1 Driver's License","ARTICLE 3 Point System for Evaluating Operating Records of Drivers"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t56c001.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T07:52:19Z","sha256":"62b30b2a6411dabc521106b8742f8f4e751a8f4eeef1e72bd943b38e1eedb698","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-56-1-747","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-56-1-750"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
