Code Ann. § 56-3-11430","heading":"Transfer of Historic special license plate.","body":"A license plate issued pursuant to this article may be transferred to another vehicle or motorcycle that meets the requirements of Section 56-3-1240, and is owned by the same person upon application being made and being approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
