Code Ann. § 56-3-2220","heading":"Issuance of special license plates for antique motor vehicles authorized; duration; fee.","body":"Upon receipt of an application on a form prescribed by the Department of Motor Vehicles, it may issue appropriate designated license plates to owners of antique motor vehicles. Such license plate shall be valid so long as title to such vehicle is vested in the applicant.
