Code Ann. § 56-3-2970","heading":"Violations; penalties; forfeit of license plates and registration cards; suspension of privilege to obtain.","body":"(A) A person who violates the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days.
