Code Ann. § 57-21-130","heading":"Sale of bonds.","body":"The bonds shall be sold by the governing body of the county at not less than par and accrued interest on sealed proposals after a publication of notice of sale one or more times in a newspaper designated by the governing body. The governing body shall reserve the right to reject all bids.
