Code Ann. § 57-21-220","heading":"Records of county governing body.","body":"The governing body of the county shall keep a separate permanent record as to each such paving district of its proceedings, contracts and other matters done and performed by it, including an accurate plan of the work done and all moneys and funds received and disbursed by it.
