Code Ann. § 57-5-1060","heading":"Establishment and maintenance of frontage roads.","body":"The Department, in order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this article, may designate, establish, improve, construct, abandon, maintain and regulate frontage roads and exercise the same jurisdiction thereover as is authorized over controlled-access facilities under this article.
