Code Ann. § 57-5-1360","heading":"Power and duty of State Fiscal Accountability Authority upon receipt of request.","body":"Following the receipt of a request pursuant to Section 57-5-1350, the State Fiscal Accountability Authority shall review the request and, to the extent that it approves the request, it may effect, by resolution duly adopted, the issuance of turnpike bonds, or pending their issuance, may effect the issuance of bond anticipation notes pursuant to Title 11, Chapter 17.
