Code Ann. § 57-5-780","heading":"Execution of reimbursement agreements in project involving water-controlling device; validity.","body":"Any such agreement executed by other than the Department shall be valid and binding when signed by such person as may agree to donate or appropriate funds for such project, and the signing by the executive officers of a private corporation, municipality or county shall be a sufficient execution of the agreement to bind the same.
