Code Ann. § 58-11-110","heading":"Carrier shall file application with Federal Communications Commission.","body":"A radio common carrier upon receiving a certificate of authorization from the Commission shall file with the Federal Communications Commission an application for the service within ninety days from date of certificate as issued by the Commission or on August 15, 1975, whichever is later. The Commission shall revoke any certificate granted should the radio common carrier fail to file with the Federal Communications Commission within the required time set forth above.
