Code Ann. § 58-15-20","heading":"Publication of notice of application.","body":"If the corporation will have the power to condemn lands for rights-of-way, if the charter is granted, the parties proposing to ask for it shall give notice for four weeks before the application is made that such application will be made, stating the time and the place of the application.
