Code Ann. § 58-15-960","heading":"Time for filing annual reports.","body":"All annual reports required to be filed with the Office of Regulatory Staff by railroads doing business in this State shall be filed with the Office of Regulatory Staff within three months after the close of the year for which the report is made.
