Code Ann. § 58-17-110","heading":"Mandamus to require compliance with law.","body":"If any railroad company neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of the General Railroad Law or with the rules and regulations prescribed by the commission within the limits of its authority, the company is subject to a writ of mandamus, to be issued by any justice of the Supreme Court or circuit court judge, upon application of the Office of Regulatory Staff, to require compliance with the laws or the rules and regulations and failure to comply with the writ of mandamus shall be punishable as for contempt.
