Code Ann. § 58-17-2700","heading":"Cars shall be transferred to connected track on demand; fees.","body":"All railroad corporations whose tracks shall be so connected shall transfer to any railroad track any car upon demand of the consignee or owner of the freight in such car, at such transfer charges as may be fixed by the Commission, not to exceed one dollar per car in any case, empty cars to be returned free.
