Code Ann. § 58-17-3140","heading":"Use of baggage checks.","body":"Every railroad corporation, when requested, shall give checks to their passengers for their baggage when delivered for transportation in good shipping order and shall redeliver such baggage to the passengers upon the surrender of their checks.
