Code Ann. § 58-17-3760","heading":"Survival of right of action.","body":"Any right of action given by this article to a person suffering injury shall survive to his personal representatives, for the benefit of (a) the surviving widow or husband and children of such employee, (b) if none, such employee's parents and (c) if none, then of the next of kin of such employee.
