Code Ann. § 58-17-4070","heading":"Liability of common carriers interfering with contracts of shipment.","body":"Any common carrier violating the provisions of Section 58-17-4060 shall be liable to such damages, including special and punitive damages, as may be found in an action maintained in the courts of this State.
