Code Ann. § 58-21-240","heading":"Maintenance of tracks, structures and cars.","body":"Every person owning or operating an electric railway shall keep and maintain all of its tracks and roadbed and all structures along its line in a secure, safe and substantial condition, capable of bearing such burden as it may reasonably be subject to.
