Code Ann. § 58-4-130","heading":"Restriction on outside employment of executive director.","body":"The executive director must not interview or seek employment with a public utility while serving as executive director. The executive director may not represent or appear on behalf of a public utility in any proceeding before the commission in any matter within the commission's jurisdiction for one year after serving as executive director.
