Code Ann. § 59-101-850","heading":"Commission and board to maintain records of annual reports.","body":"(A) The Commission on Higher Education and State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education shall maintain a record of the annual reports required pursuant to Section 59-101-820(E) and Section 59-101-830.\n(B) By December first of each year, the Commission on Higher Education and State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education shall determine whether each institution under its respective purview has complied with the provisions of this article for that calendar year.\n(C) By January first of each year, the Commission on Higher Education and State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education shall notify the chairmen of the House Education and Public Works Committee and the Senate Education Committee of any institutions not in compliance with the provisions of this article.","path":["Title 59 - EDUCATION","CHAPTER 101 Colleges and Institutions of Higher Learning Generally","ARTICLE 4 College Safety Training Programs for Students"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t59c101.php","current_through":"2026 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-25T04:36:00Z","sha256":"9457d28550b6c4f422111ffc1d6669db78e4e13cd999595e4a34411083ca7c71","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-59-101-840","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-59-102-10"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
