Code Ann. § 59-107-30","heading":"Remittance and application of tuition fees.","body":"All tuition fees received by any State institution shall be remitted from time to time to the State Treasurer under such regulations as he shall prescribe. The State Treasurer shall apply the same as directed by this chapter. For all purposes of this chapter the term \"tuition fees\" shall include those fees charged by any State institution for tuition, matriculation and registration.
