Code Ann. § 59-119-80","heading":"Expenditure of moneys and use of property generally.","body":"It shall require a two-thirds vote of the board of trustees to authorize the expenditure of any monies appropriated to the university by the State or to authorize the sale, transfer or reinvestment of any property or monies arising from the sale of any property under the provisions of this chapter.
