Code Ann. § 59-133-310","heading":"Disposition of bonds; private sales; discounts and premiums.","body":"The bonds may be disposed of in such manner as the trustees shall determine, except that no privately negotiated sale without public advertisement may be made without the prior approval of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority.
