Code Ann. § 59-146-60","heading":"State Board of Education notification to State Fiscal Accountability Authority.","body":"The State Board of Education, by resolution, shall notify the State Fiscal Accountability Authority of the following:\n(1) the amount then required for allocation to local school districts for school facilities for the next fiscal year;\n(2) a tentative time schedule setting forth the period of time during which the sum requested will be expended;\n(3) a debt service table showing the annual principal and interest requirements for all state school facilities bonds then outstanding; and\n(4) the total amount of all state school facilities bonds issued.\nThis notification shall be presented to the State Fiscal Accountability Authority by March first of each year.","path":["Title 59 - EDUCATION","CHAPTER 146 State School Facilities Bonds Act"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t59c146.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T08:05:49Z","sha256":"010eb1dcd70e00973e1c19066c15d1234659d9e84715934225ae1cd73d1331b9","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-59-146-50","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-59-146-70"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
