Code Ann. § 59-31-370","heading":"Collection and payment of rentals.","body":"The rentals provided hereunder shall be collected by the various school districts in the State, and each school district shall pay the amount thereof due for the use of books by the pupils in such district within thirty days from the date of the opening of the schools or the admission of new pupils to the schools.
