Code Ann. § 59-53-1781","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this subarticle, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Authority\" means the Midlands Technical College Enterprise Campus Authority.\n(2) \"Board\" means the governing body of the authority.\n(3) \"Commission\" means the Midlands Technical College Commission.\n(4) \"Enterprise Campus\" means the real and personal property subject to the management and control of the authority.
