Code Ann. § 59-53-40","heading":"Coordination with Commission on Higher Education and others; budget; college parallel courses and associate degree programs.","body":"The Board and local area commissions shall insure effective coordination with the public schools, other state agencies, literary councils, and private and nonprofit training organizations to maximize opportunities to best meet local education and training needs.
