Code Ann. § 59-63-520","heading":"Consent required for transfer.","body":"No child shall be transferred to an adjacent district without the prior written consent of such child's parent or legal guardian, or, where such child has neither a parent nor legal guardian, the prior written consent of the State Board of Education.
