Code Ann. § 59-69-240","heading":"County treasurer required to report monthly to county superintendent of education.","body":"Each county treasurer shall report monthly, on the fifteenth day of each month, to the county superintendent of education of his county the amount of collections and disbursements made by him for the month on account of school tax and all other school funds.
