Code Ann. § 6-10-90","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(A) When a violation of the provisions of this chapter is discovered, the person in violation must be granted thirty days to correct the violation. A person who fails to correct a violation is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days for each offense.\n(B) A separate violation is deemed to have occurred with respect to each building not in compliance with this chapter.
