Code Ann. § 6-17-50","heading":"Refunding shall be authorized by resolution.","body":"The refunding shall be authorized by resolution of the governing body of the municipality. Such resolution may be adopted at a regular or special meeting and at the same meeting at which it is introduced by a majority of all the members of the governing body then in office. Such resolution shall take effect immediately upon the adoption thereof.
