Code Ann. § 6-21-530","heading":"Issuance of bonds without election or notice.","body":"This chapter shall be construed as authorizing the issuance of such bonds provided for herein without submitting the proposition for the approval of them to the voters of the borrower. When bonds are authorized under this chapter it shall not be necessary to make publication of any ordinance, resolution, notice or proceeding relating thereto.
