Code Ann. § 6-25-150","heading":"Contracts with federal and state government and agencies.","body":"The commission of any joint system may make application for grants and enter into contracts for and accept grants in aid and loans from the federal and state governments and their agencies in connection with the planning, acquiring, constructing, expanding, maintaining, and operating any project, or participating in any research or development program in connection therewith.
