Code Ann. § 6-37-110","heading":"Service contracts with municipalities.","body":"All municipalities, public bodies, and public agencies operating water district systems or wastewater systems in any part of Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton Counties are authorized to enter into contracts to buy water and wastewater service from the authority.
