Code Ann. § 61-10-220","heading":"Bonds.","body":"A person who engages in the manufacture of alcohol under the provisions of this article must enter into a bond to the State in the sum of ten thousand dollars, with surety, to be approved by the Governor, conditioned for the faithful observance of and compliance with the provisions of this article.
