Code Ann. § 61-4-910","heading":"Penalties; revocation or suspension of permit.","body":"A person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or imprisonment of not less than ten days nor more than thirty days, in the discretion of the court.
