Code Ann. § 61-6-1560","heading":"Discounts on alcoholic liquors or nonalcoholic items.","body":"(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a retail dealer, wholesaler, or producer may offer discounts on alcoholic liquors or nonalcoholic items, listed in Section 61-6-1540(A), through the use of premiums, coupons, or stamps redeemable by mail.\n(B) In addition to the provisions of subsection (A), a retail dealer may offer a discount on the sale of alcoholic liquor or nonalcoholic items, listed in Section 61-6-1540(A), at the register through the use of premiums, coupons, or stamps, so long as all costs related to the discount, including, but not limited to, printing, redemption services, and the actual cost of the discount, are provided and borne only by the retail dealer and the discount is not prohibited by any federal law.","path":["Title 61 - ALCOHOL AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES","CHAPTER 6 Alcoholic Beverage Control Act","ARTICLE 3 Regulation of Retailers, Wholesalers, and Manufacturers","Subarticle 15 Regulation of Retail Dealers"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t61c006.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T08:07:59Z","sha256":"83f556ba5ac8d726c8a5619e77d8000d7723d1563eb4133271c9860f9f9f6133","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-61-6-1555","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-61-6-1600"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
