Code Ann. § 61-6-2840","heading":"Applications for certificates of registration.","body":"(A) A producer must apply to the department on forms the department prescribes for a certificate of registration. This certificate must be approved and issued before the shipment of alcoholic liquors by the producer to a point within the State.\n(B) A producer, at the time application is made for a certificate of registration, must remit a fee of two hundred dollars to the department.
