Code Ann. § 61-6-2850","heading":"Certificates of registration of brand names.","body":"(A) A registered producer, before the shipment of alcoholic liquors to a point within the State, must obtain from the department a certificate of registration for each brand of alcoholic liquors intended to be shipped to a point within this State.
