Code Ann. § 62-5-418","heading":"Fiduciary letters of conservatorship.","body":"(A) Fiduciary letters of conservatorship are evidence of transfer of all title of the assets of a protected person to the conservator unless otherwise provided in the court's order. An order terminating a conservatorship transfers all assets of the estate from the conservator to the protected person or his successors.
