Code Ann. § 63-17-1580","heading":"Centralized system of withholding.","body":"Amounts collected through the State Disbursement Unit are subject to court costs pursuant to Section 63-3-370(C), with disposition of all these fees made in accordance with Section 14-1-203. Employers shall make payment of the amount withheld to the State Disbursement Unit within seven working days of the date income is withheld.
