Code Ann. § 7-7-190","heading":"Designation of voting precincts in Clarendon County.","body":"(A) In Clarendon County there are the following voting precincts:\nAlcolu;\nBarrineau;\nBarrows Mill;\nBloomville;\nCalvary;\nDavis Station;\nHarmony;\nHicks;\nHome Branch;\nJordan;\nManning No. 1;\nManning No. 2;\nManning No. 3;\nManning No. 4;\nManning No. 5;\nNew Zion;\nOakdale;\nPaxville;\nPanola;\nSardinia-Gable;\nSummerton No. 1;\nSummerton No. 2;\nSummerton No. 3;\nSummerton No. 4;\nTurbeville; and\nWilson-Foreston.\n(B) The polling places for the above precincts must be determined by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Clarendon County with the approval of a majority of the Clarendon County Legislative Delegation.\n(C) The precinct lines defining the precincts as provided in subsection (A) are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-27-25.","path":["Title 7 - ELECTIONS","CHAPTER 7 Polling Precincts and Voting Places","ARTICLE 1 Location of Precincts and Voting Places"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t07c007.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T06:26:44Z","sha256":"3a1b8a5cfb9dc3269186852402d1a6515c2bd0af6a049c41438c38b8aeb260ee","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-7-7-180","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-7-7-200"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
