Lewis\nArial Mill\nBrushy Creek\nCalhoun\nCedar Rock\nClemson\nCrescent Hill\nCrestview\nCrossroads\nCrosswell\nDacusville\nEasley\nEast Liberty\nEast Pickens\nFlat Rock\nForest Acres\nFruit Mountain\nGeorges Creek\nGlassy Mountain\nGriffin\nHolly Springs\nIssaqueena\nLawrence Chapel\nLenhart\nMcAllister\nMcKissick\nMorrison\nMountain View\nNine Forks\nNorris\nNorth Central\nNorth Liberty\nNorth Pickens\nPendleton\nPickensville\nPike\nPope Field\nPraters Creek\nPumpkintown\nRices Creek\nRock Springs\nSaluda\nSheffield\nSimpson\nSitton\nSix Mile\nSix Mile Mountain\nSkelton\nSmith Grove\nSouth Central\nSouth Pickens\nStone Church\nTri County\nUniversity\nVinland\nWest Central\nWest Liberty\nWest Pickens\nWoodside\nZion.\n(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on official maps on file with the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-77-19 and as shown on certified copies provided to the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Pickens County.\n(C)(1) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Pickens County subject to the approval of the majority of the Pickens County Legislative Delegation.\n(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7-7-920, if the board determines that a precinct contains no suitable location for a polling place, the board, upon approval by a majority of the county's legislative delegation, may locate the polling place inside the county and within five miles of the precinct's boundaries.","path":["Title 7 - ELECTIONS","CHAPTER 7 Polling Precincts and Voting Places","ARTICLE 1 Location of Precincts and Voting Places"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t07c007.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T06:26:44Z","sha256":"2c2d0166336f511a00081184bba9a8c052787a8e9c06897433392e485e5cb887","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-7-7-440","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-7-7-465"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
