Code Ann. § 8-13-730","heading":"Membership on or employment by regulatory agency of person associated with regulated business.","body":"Unless otherwise provided by law, no person may serve as a member of a governmental regulatory agency that regulates any business with which that person is associated. An employee of the regulatory agency which regulates a business with which he is associated annually shall file a statement of economic interests notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8-13-1110.
