The State Historical Society Board of Trustees may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to establish a fee schedule for recovery of exploratory, laboratory, reporting, and administrative costs incurred by the state archaeologist in the performance of the duties prescribed by this chapter.","path":["TITLE 1.
