The secretary of agriculture and natural resources may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:\n(1) Traffic and camping regulation;\n(2) Advertising on the fairgrounds;\n(3) Admission policies;\n(4) Employee policies;\n(5) Exhibitor policies;\n(6) Maintenance responsibilities;\n(7) Entry requirements;\n(8) Department superintendent duties;\n(9) Health and heredity requirements for animals;\n(10) The provision of feed and forage;\n(11) Administration of stalls;\n(12) Judges and judging;\n(13) Protests and appeals;\n(14) Premiums and awards;\n(15) Space rental provisions and requirements;\n(16) The establishment of opening and closing dates;\n(17) The establishment and collection of fees for admission, parking, camping, entry, and exhibits, solicitation booths, and commercial exhibits; and\n(18) Terms, conditions, and fees for the use of the fairgrounds and fairgrounds facilities when the state fair is not in progress.","path":["TITLE 1.
